A 6" x 7" Circa-1910 Watercolor "Naval Engagement" by the great Sweden born Artist/Illustrator Henry Reuterdahl who lived and worked in New Jersey. Henry was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and was best known for his paintings of Navy Warships, and his illustrations of Navy Recruiting Posters for WW-l. Henry Reuterdahl died in the St. Elizabeth's Government Hospital for the insane and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. This great vintage seldom seen small size watercolor is nicely framed and ready to hang on your wall.
