About Us

~ SHOP MOVING TO COLORADO! ~

Our shop is making a cross-country move in mid-November. The shop will be placed on "away" status for about two weeks beginning on November 16th as packing and unpacking will disrupt our regular business of completing orders and packing your items for shipment. We plan to be open and back to business by December 3rd. If you have a layaway and mail in your payments, please make note that payments coming in as of the 20th of November will likely be forwarded to the new address which will delay receipt. All layaway customers have already been notified of the new shop address.

If you use the WISH LIST, don't forget to check it regularly. We have been making some additional mark-down offers on individual list items. You must mention your wish list entry date to take advantage of these discounts. Since your Wish List is anonymous, we don't know who you are and cannot track our offers any other way. Tip: The wish list tool only allows one shop comment, so it is a good idea to delete your wish and then reinstate it if you do not want to take advantage of the offer. As always, in our shop you will find dolls in nearly every category and a wide range of prices to fit every budget. Unless otherwise noted in our descriptions, bisque and china heads are free of damage and repair. We consistently offer an Endless Variety of the Finest Quality antique dolls in nearly every category of antique doll collecting. LAYAWAY:We are pleased to offer generous layaway plans to our buyers who desire deferred payment plans. While we do not charge interest for the use of our funds over the layaway term, we do require that payments be made on time and in the agreed upon amount. Our Layaway Agreement and Payment Plan outlines all of the terms, conditions, and penalties governing the agreement. We require each layaway customer to be certain of his or her ability and willingness to honor the full agreement prior to entering into a layaway transaction with us.

DOLL STANDS: We stock used doll stands in various sizes from tiny to very large. In most cases, these are the older, heavier stands that hold your dolls more securely than the newer ones. Prices range from $5 to $16 based on size and availability; we will discount when you buy 5 or more. Update: We have sold out of large and extra-large stands.

ALL OUR DOLLS ARE LOVINGLY CARED FOR IN A PROTECTED, SMOKE, PET, and ODOR-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Listed dolls are stored flat and covered for full protection from breakage and dust in a restricted area with 'owner's only' access. Dolls are never displayed on stands or on view to the general public. Items on layaway are wrapped and labeled and are not disturbed again until they are packed for shipment. Inventory protection is of the utmost importance at Joy's Antique Dolls and listed dolls are not on display.
