We respond to all orders within 24 hours and guarantee our customer's total satisfaction. We wish to treat our customers as we would wish to be treated, with dignity and respect.

We proudly stand behind our merchandise and diligently research each and every item we offer for sale and "authenticate" to the best of our ability with documentation whenever possible the estate and auction items we receive.

NON-PAYMENTS:

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice when paying with pay pal. Please let us know when your money order or check has been mailed. If you are unable to initiate payment within the 24-hrs please contact the shop and we will most certainly work with you. Unfortunately, because of a recent high rate of shoppers clicking on items and not paying which in turns removes the merchandise from the shop, we've had to take an unfriendly position of "blocking" visitors who do not pay or communicate.


NO RETURNS: There are no returns on Custom Jewelry Orders or Layaway Items.

RE-SHIPPING NOTICE:

Fine Art, Crystal, Sculpture and other delicately packaged items must be repackaged with adequate professional shipping material to prevent breakage or damage in the return.

Insurance companies are not paying claims on items not packaged correctly and their adjuster will most certainly verify how a damaged item was packaged and boxed! We take our shipping seriously and ask that you do too. We have had only 1 damaged items in two years.

If you feel you can not ship an item back the same way you received it please take it to a professional shipper in order to guarantee your refund.

SHIPPING / INSURANCE POLICY: Most small items under 3-lbs will be shipping PRIORITY / INSURED. Signature requirements on purchases valued over $200. USPS Fees range from $7.00 TO $10.00 on most items. BOOKS will be shipped MEDIA MAIL Pricing will depend upon weight as priced accordingly. ART/FRAMED will be priced as shown in listing and will vary by size and weight. Average cost will be $22.00 TO $35.00. PORCELAIN-GLASS-CHINA calls for special handling and most will be priced at $12.00 TO $15.00 for shipping unless otherwise marked. Melange-Art continues tries to keep shipping costs down as much as possible.

Linda's background is in Fine Arts & History, Clemson University School of Architecture. As a professional Realtor who specialized in sales, design and home renovations for over 28 years, Melange-Art Shop evolved out of her passion for art, architecture and design. Today she resides with her family at SaddleBrooke Resort in Tucson, AZ.
