Two tone celluloid hair comb is one of the prettiest I have had, with an ornate scrolled design with deep blue contrasting bands, accented by deep blue rhinestones. Measuring 4 1/2" long and upper portion 2 3/4" across. Condition is very good with no damage seen, and minor wear in keeping with age of piece.
