Here is precious and elegant long French spoon, carved from one piece of ivory, handle fluted, ending with silver chased mount, unmarked, acanthus leave patterned. That kind of spoons was used for jam or marmalade in the Napoleon III period. Dimensions: 6-1/4 ins x 1-1/8 in. Condition of this fine piece, dating from Circa 1860 is near perfect, flawless, as you can see on our pictures
