I search all avenues for unique and beautiful Southern vintage glassware, pottery, accessories and jewelry! I love glitter and sparkle ~ simple and elegant! I have recently added a glamourous line called my Back Street Collection ~ Rhinestones for Sophisticated Women with a Touch of Fire!! Hollywood invented the word glamour and I prefer the spelling with the "u" because it looks more glamourous! The 20s stage stars gravitated to movies and were educated and coached in culture and taught to know their way around antiques and fashion. Even off screen, stars were bound by contracts to be groomed and dressed to perfection at all times. Being glamourous was a luxury only afforded by the stars. From the depression to the 50s when the middle class boomed, glamour infused the fantasy of fame and fortune.
